  • What is Saints and Sippers?
    Saints and Sippers is a premium small-batch, veteran-owned coffee and apparel company. We roast only the highest-quality beans from Columbia, Brazil, Guatemala and Mexico creating rich, aromatic, full-bodied premium blends in a variety of roast profiles. Additionally, we print our apparel using only the industry’s highest quality garments so you can feel and look freshie fresh.
  • Where is your store?
    We do not have a brick and mortar storefront at this time. We primarily offer our products online through our website and you can also find us vending at different events around central Florida and around the country. You can find a list of our upcoming events HERE. Your ongoing support will ultimately help us to grow and expand. Be sure to follow our social media pages as well to learn about upcoming events that we will be attending.
  • How do I store coffee? How long will it last?
    When it comes to coffee, humidity is not your friend. Ground coffee stored in an airtight container will be fresh for up to 4 weeks. Whole bean coffee stored in an airtight container will remain fresh even longer but, let’s be real, it’ll be gone long before then.
  • Is it safe to order online?
    From us? YES! However, if you have any security concerns please refer to our payment processors security measures. (PayPal, ShopPay, etc.)
  • Can I edit/change my order once it’s been placed?
    Since we do our very best to get your order out to you as fast as possible, changing or canceling an order after it’s been placed gets tricky. We ask that you email us at IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue with your order. Your email should include CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER #_____ in the subject line. Our customer service team is available for immediate order changes Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We will always do our best to make sure that you’ll get what you need, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before it ships out.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Our shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, order weight, and shipping service.
  • What shipping services do you use?
    As of now, we use USPS, UPS and FedEx to make sure we get you your gear and liquid gold as quickly as possible.
  • How do I return/exchange an item or receive a refund?
    Un-worn apparel and gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, or a replacement. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value).
